Overview

Owns field based engagement to drive adoption of an innovative mental health therapy across Frisco, TX and surrounding markets. Partners with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems to enable appropriate use while aligning with safety, regulatory, and patient access frameworks. Focuses on clinical education, account management, and patient access in a highly consultative environment. This role contributes to launching a novel modality in a complex care ecosystem and requires travel up to 70 percent.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and execute territory strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy
  • 2Develop and sustain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems
  • 3Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate product and disease education to providers
  • 4Identify appropriate patients and guide providers on patient selection and referral pathways
  • 5Collaborate with treatment sites to onboard readiness and optimize treatment workflows
  • 6Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow considerations
  • 7Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution
  • 8Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and addressing access challenges
  • 9Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and patient journey optimization
  • 10Manage territory planning, prioritization, call planning, and performance tracking

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor's degree required with advanced degree preferred
  • 25–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in CNS or specialty areas
  • 3Experience launching novel therapies or operating in pre launch environments
  • 4Experience working with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, or complex site-of-care models preferred
  • 5Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly
  • 6Proven track record of building trust-based relationships with healthcare providers
  • 7Experience supporting therapies requiring site certification or coordinated care delivery
  • 8Highly collaborative with cross functional teamwork skills
  • 9Strong business acumen, territory management, and organizational skills
