What You'll Do10
- 1Build and execute territory-level strategy to drive uptake of the therapy
- 2Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems
- 3Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to providers on disease state and product
- 4Identify appropriate patients and support referral pathways for treatment
- 5Collaborate with treatment sites to onboard, prepare, and optimize delivery workflows
- 6Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow
- 7Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution
- 8Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and provider challenges
- 9Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution
- 10Manage territory planning including account prioritization, call planning, and performance tracking
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree required with advanced degree preferred
- 25–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in specialty or complex therapeutic areas
- 3Experience in Psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred
- 4Understanding of medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, buy-and-bill, and site-of-care dynamics
- 5Experience with prior authorization and payer processes
- 6Track record of launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments
- 7Experience working with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, or academic medical centers
- 8Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- 9Demonstrated trust-based relationships with healthcare providers
- 10Highly collaborative with cross-functional team skills

$165 - $195k per year
