Overview

Own and accelerate adoption of a novel mental health therapy at certified treatment centers within a defined region. Build partnerships with psychiatrists, providers, and care systems to enable safe, compliant access. You will operate at the intersection of clinical education, account management, and patient access, shaping a new treatment ecosystem in mental health.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and execute territory plans to drive launch uptake of the innovative therapy
  • 2Develop strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems to expand access
  • 3Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant disease-state education to providers using clinical data and medical insights
  • 4Identify appropriate patients and guide providers on selection and referral pathways
  • 5Collaborate with treatment sites to onboard, readiness, and optimize delivery workflows
  • 6Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling, patient flow, and operational considerations
  • 7Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution
  • 8Support patient access by addressing reimbursement pathways and provider challenges with available resources
  • 9Gather and share actionable field insights to inform brand strategy and patient journey
  • 10Manage territory planning, prioritization of accounts, and performance tracking

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree required
  • 25–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in specialty or complex therapeutic areas
  • 3Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred
  • 4Familiarity with reimbursement, prior authorization, and payer processes preferred
  • 5Demonstrated success launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments
  • 6Experience with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, academic medical centers, or complex site-of-care models preferred
  • 7Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • 8Proven track record of building trust-based relationships with healthcare providers
  • 9Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and coordinate disease-area education
  • 10Willingness to travel up to 70% as needed
