- 9Conduct performance evaluations with actionable feedback
- 10Align sales forces with cross-functional teams and alliance partners
- 11Maintain compliance with organizational standards and policies
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 3+ years pharmaceutical sales management experience
- 2Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3Valid driver's license with good standing
- 4Proven sales success and financial management abilities
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to drive results
- 6Experience in neurology or biologics sales preferred
- 7Master's degree preferred in business or marketing
- 8Travel willingness up to 70% domestic for client meetings and conferences
- 9Experience with managed markets selling approaches
