What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and execute the annual U.S. patient engagement strategy with clear priorities and resource allocation
- 2Establish KPIs and Return on Engagement measures to evaluate program performance
- 3Lead, coach, and develop Patient Engagement Liaisons to support strategic objectives
- 4Manage a portfolio of strategic patient advocacy organizations and prioritize collaborations
- 5Create engagement plans and conduct partnership reviews to expand collaborative opportunities
- 6Oversee collection and synthesis of patient insights across programs
- 7Ensure insights translate into recommendations for advocacy strategies and asset planning
- 8Collaborate with Corporate Affairs Medical Affairs Commercial Market Access Clinical Development to align initiatives
- 9Plan and strategically utilize conferences roundtables and community events
- 10Monitor PEL performance using KPIs and engagement metrics
- 11Maintain oversight of funding investments and ensure compliance with policies
Requirements11
- 1Accredited bachelor's degree with minimum 8+ years experience in patient advocacy or related fields
- 2People leadership experience including coaching and performance management
- 3Proven success building strategic relationships with national patient advocacy organizations
- 4Cross‑functional leadership experience influencing Medical Affairs Commercial Market Access
- 5Strong strategic planning and project management skills with KPI development expertise
- 6Excellent communication and executive influence abilities
- 7Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations including FDA PhRMA Code and Sunshine Act
- 8Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences Healthcare Administration or related discipline
- 9Experience in neuroscience rare disease or specialty therapeutic areas
- 10Minimum 3+ years people leadership experience
- 11Established network within U.S. patient advocacy community
