TDM Coordinator - Propark Mobility
Overview
We seek a data-driven Commuter Benefits & Micro-Mobility Coordinator to lead onsite transportation programs for a global tech client. This role drives behavior change through TDM techniques to reduce single-occupancy vehicles and improve campus mobility. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and field operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Administer corporate Lyft and Waymo ride-hailing programs and coordinate micro-mobility deployments with Bike Operations
- 2Manage regional commute initiatives including vanpools public transit benefits and carpool incentives
- 3Develop and maintain internal transportation web pages and site portals for employee access
- 4Oversee parking permit databases and enforce lot access controls through field audits
- 5Create data-driven insights from transportation metrics to inform leadership decisions
- 6Partner with internal partners across Corporate Benefits Workplace Services EV charging and Facilities
- 7Engage employees via commuter fairs bike safety campaigns and internal communications
- 8Analyze site-specific transportation data using spreadsheets to recommend operational improvements
- 9Maintain relationships with external transit agencies and regional Transportation Management Organizations
- 10Handle local transportation budgets manage vendor contracts and generate purchase orders
- 11Plan daily onsite operations while providing remote support to secondary sites
Requirements10
- 15+ years in transportation planning or campus operations with strong data analysis skills
- 2Proficiency in TDM techniques and knowledge of commuter behavior change psychology
- 3Expertise in spreadsheet analysis Google Workspace CMS and communication skills
- 4Deep understanding of Bay Area transportation infrastructure and policies
- 5Experience managing corporate campus or academic commuter programs
- 6Familiarity with HR systems benefits administration and policy development
- 7Ability to perform field parking enforcement and lot optimization audits
- 8Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives
- 9Previous experience with benefits administration or employee engagement programs
