What You'll Do11
- 1Design Build and implement standardized operational processes and playbooks for market entry defleeting and site activation
- 2Build and maintain comprehensive market-by-market tracking infrastructure utilizing Smartsheet or similar tools to provide real-time visibility into parking capacity and readiness
- 3Map out operational flow and logistical requirements for fleet movement intake and handoffs
- 4Develop and execute structured defleeting plans customized for each active market to ensure efficient asset drawdowns
- 5Establish trigger points and go-live operational playbooks for rapid activation of standby and contingency parking sites
- 6Build end-to-end operational processes to activate large-scale complex contracts transforming zero-process situations into turnkey operations
- 7Lead operational handoff from real estate sourcing teams after site acquisition
- 8Partner with local market operations logistics and fleet teams to ensure flawless playbook execution
- 9Architect scalable workflows and playbooks from ambiguous environments
- 10Utilize advanced tooling skills in Smartsheet Asana Jira or similar platforms to build portfolio-wide tracking systems
- 11Demonstrate strategic foresight by anticipating operational bottlenecks and building mitigation plans
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 27+ years of experience leading complex multi-market operational programs in mobility logistics or large-scale fleet operations
- 3Power-user capability in Smartsheet Asana Jira or similar project management/relational data platforms
- 4Strong understanding of fleet management asset movement and spatial operational constraints of industrial sites
- 5Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage massive amounts of moving data across dozens of markets simultaneously
- 6Proven track record of taking ambiguous environments and building structured scalable workflows and playbooks
Salary Insight
$110 - $125k per year
