What You'll Do15
- 1Drive execution from development readiness through live deployment
- 2Own end-to-end DPDSA coordination activities
- 3Create executive-ready PowerPoint walkthroughs and presentations
- 4Complete Quickbase submissions and secure leadership approvals
- 5Serve as the Mass Market speaker in PMO-hosted DPDSA forums
- 6Provide deployment timeline inputs and execution updates
- 7Maintain process flows and onboarding guides
- 8Ensure deployments meet governance and data-restriction requirements
- 9Function as a central command point for Mass Market documentation and tracking
- 10Own and update Mass Market Excel and PowerPoint artifacts
- 11Maintain visibility into outstanding work and priority group completion
- 12Coordinate approved profiles for production readiness
- 13Manage request trackers
- 14Support issue validation and cross-functional coordination
- 15Drive clarity and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
Requirements13
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading large-scale program management initiatives
- 35+ years experience with Quickbase or similar workflow tools
- 45+ years implementing deployment management best practices
- 5Strong program management and coordination experience
- 6Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
- 7Exceptional organizational and listening abilities
- 8Ability to challenge assumptions and drive clarity
- 9Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- 10Experience managing tracking, reporting, and deployment readiness
- 11Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
