What You'll Do8
- 1Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project tasks and lead initiatives.
- 2Identify risks in project schedules and coordinate contingency plans with different teams.
- 3Manage daily operational project aspects and scope using PM tools and skills.
- 4Create Gantt charts and schedules, and resolve project issues with teams.
- 5Communicate effectively with customers and internal participants, delivering clear presentations.
- 6Establish purchasing timelines and receiving schedules with the Engineering Team.
- 7Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, QA, Materials, and Continuous Improvement teams to implement operational improvements.
- 8Produce status reports for customers, internal teams, and senior management.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 21+ year of project management experience.
- 3Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Program.
- 4PMP Certification preferred.
- 5Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- 6Excellent computer skills and clear communication of complex matters.
- 7Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- 8Excellent research and decision-making abilities, with customer relationship skills.
- 9Detail-oriented, able to learn new software, and comfortable walking facilities for extended periods.
