Senior Program Manager Customer E-Commerce & Engagement
Overview
Own the onboarding of enterprise data center customers onto our client internal e-commerce platform while scaling end-to-end program delivery for a leading enterprise server provider. This is a hybrid full-time role based in Houston or Dallas. What makes this role different is the direct impact on accelerating customer adoption and driving revenue growth through strategic program execution.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and deliver end-to-end programs that drive customer onboarding and engagement across enterprise data center solutions
- 2Lead cross-functional teams to ship complex initiatives within tight deadlines ensuring alignment with business objectives
- 3Develop scalable frameworks for program management that improve delivery predictability and quality
- 4Collaborate with sales and technical teams to translate customer requirements into actionable program plans
- 5Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- 6Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for program governance
- 7Drive continuous improvement of client engagement strategies through data-driven insights
- 8Manage stakeholder communications and ensure transparency across all program phases
- 9Implement automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- 3AWS Certified Solutions Architect professional level
- 4Python expertise for data processing and automation
- 5React development skills for internal platform customization
- 6Kubernetes experience for containerized application deployment
- 7BCBA certification preferred for behavioral analytics proficiency
