Operations Program Manager
Overview
Operations Program Manager leads cross-functional initiatives supporting distribution network and strategic growth. Reports to Director of Strategic Operations as part of Warehouse Excellence team. Manages concurrent projects including WMS implementations, facility transitions, automation deployments, inventory migration strategies, and process improvements. Operates in matrixed environment requiring strong influence across market and functional leadership teams.
What You'll Do11

- 5Lead end-to-end warehouse management system implementations coordinate system testing process validation training cutover planning post-go-live stabilization
- 6Plan and execute warehouse relocation facility transitions coordinate new facility design buildout activities develop inventory build strategies lead inventory transfer reconciliation accuracy validation
- 7Stakeholder Management Build relationships with operational leaders department heads vendors contractors executive leadership influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority
- 8Lead project meetings steering committee reviews cross-functional planning sessions
- 9Serve as primary point of contact for assigned programs and projects
- 10Drive process standardization continuous improvement opportunities from system enhancements
- 11Maintain strong communication leadership stakeholder alignment resource allocation issue resolution project momentum
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Management Business Engineering or related field
- 210+ years of project or program experience within warehouse distribution logistics manufacturing or supply chain environments
- 3Experience leading large-scale operational implementations cross-functional projects
- 4Knowledge of warehouse operations inventory management distribution processes
- 5Strong project planning budgeting scheduling risk management skills
- 6Excellent communication leadership stakeholder management abilities
- 7Proficiency with project management tools Microsoft Office applications
- 8Preferred experience leading warehouse management system implementations go-live events
- 9Experience managing warehouse relocations facility startups network expansion projects
- 10Knowledge of automation systems conveyor systems material handling equipment
- 11Project Management Professional PMP certification or equivalent
- 12Experience within beverage food distribution consumer goods high-volume distribution environments
- 13AutoCAD or similar drafting software knowledge
