- 5Coordinate manufacturing activities with suppliers to optimize resource utilization
- 6Review production reports and resolve operational issues to prevent delays
- 7Compile store retrieve and analyze production data for reporting
- 8Determine employee responsibilities to achieve business objectives
- 9Train staff on compliance with policies and regulations
- 10Manage up to five supervisors overseeing fifty-plus employees in multiple departments
- 11Conduct interviews hire train and evaluate performance of subordinates
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2Minimum five years warehouse operations management experience
- 3One year cold storage experience required
- 4Experience in fast-paced production environments
- 5Warehouse performance management background
