Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Overview
Manage warehouse labor and equipment to ensure timely order completion and quality. Plan and monitor receiving storage and distribution of items. Train and supervise associates on assigned shifts.
What You'll Do14
- 1Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving storage and shipping data center hardware
- 2Technical VAS and Returns services as required
- 3Ensure timely and accurate order delivery to meet data center deployment schedules
- 4Implement and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and space utilization
- 5Maintain Yard Management System and Metrics
- 6Keep warehouse environment clean safe and organized including humidity and temperature monitoring
- 7Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems including product serialization
- 8Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
- 9Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
- 10Supervise and train warehouse staff including associates and forklift operators
- 11Schedule shifts and manage labor resources to meet operational demands
- 12Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- 13Identify process improvement opportunities in warehouse and data center operations
- 14Lead and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2Previous experience in fast-paced high-volume warehouse environment
- 3Knowledge of picking packing and shipping tasks
- 4SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience
- 53-5 years supervisory experience or equivalent
