- 1Conducts staff meetings to review daily weekly work activities and plan continuous improvement

- 7Plans daily work schedules by reviewing work orders arrival notices and customer instructions
- 8Assesses priorities assigns duties based on time sensitivity and resource availability
- 9Trains new staff and delegates training responsibilities to experienced team members
- 10Assesses trainee progress and adds duties as appropriate
- 11Keeps manager informed of job quantity and quality providing guidance and advice
- 12Assigns supervisory duties to experienced staff acting as leads for lower-level workers
- 13Holds regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess overall status and discuss improvement ideas

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 23 years logistics distribution experience
- 31 year supervisory experience
- 4Prior MHE certification preferred
- 5Forklift training completed
- 6Proficient Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint
- 7RF Scanners WMS functions
- 8English reading writing verbal
- 9Basic math for inventory verification
- 10Strong attention to detail accurate task completion flexible scheduling
