What You'll Do11
- 1Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving put-away inventory management picking packing and shipping
- 2Conduct daily team meetings to coordinate workload priorities and staffing assignments

- 5Oversee put-away operations to optimize storage location and capacity
- 6Drive cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- 7Manage returns and special receiving requirements
- 8Coordinate picking packing and shipping to meet customer delivery expectations
- 9Monitor order fulfillment processes for accuracy and quality standards
- 10Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions
- 11Maintain compliance with safety quality and operational standards
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required with associate's degree preferred
- 23+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
- 31+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- 4Proficiency with WMS ERP or inventory control software
- 5Strong analytical skills in Excel and warehouse reporting tools
- 6Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- 7Experience in high-volume logistics environments
- 8Knowledge of lean warehousing Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies
- 9Understanding of inventory auditing and cycle count processes
