- 1Own daily warehouse floor operations including shipping receiving inventory control order fulfillment picking and material handling
- 2Supervise warehouse associates assign work monitor productivity in real time enforce safety protocols and intervene physically as needed
- 3Operate forklifts assist with loading unloading resolve workflow bottlenecks and maintain inventory accuracy
- 4Collaborate with management to improve warehouse layout inventory systems and operating procedures focusing on continuous improvement efficiency and accountability
- 5Solve immediate challenges such as staffing issues process breakdowns or missed targets without delay
- 6Implement solutions that enhance operational flow and meet performance goals
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hands-on warehouse or distribution experience
- 3Forklift operation experience required with certification preferred
- 4Solid computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting along with ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 5Commitment to safety and leadership style that models accountability
