Technical Program Manager, WarehouseOS
Overview
You will own the program layer for a portfolio of WarehouseOS products, integrations, and client initiatives, driving delivery planning, cross-functional execution, and launch readiness. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering , you will partner with engineering, product, sales, and operations to keep complex work moving with clear plans, aligned teams, and visible risks. This early TPM role on a growing software team lets you shape how program management works, building operating rhythms and communication patterns that scale. With 5+ years of technical program management experience, you will drive outcomes that directly impact warehouse operations for customers across multiple industries.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and drive program plans across a portfolio of WarehouseOS products, integrations, and client projects, aligning engineering, product, sales, and customer success on milestones and dependencies.
- 2Partner with engineering and product leadership on roadmap sequencing, capacity planning, and delivery tradeoffs, using data to inform decisions.
- 3Design practical program mechanisms: roadmaps, launch plans, risk registers, status reports, and runbooks, tailored to the team's maturity.
- 4Coordinate cross-functional work streams across engineering, product, sales, customer success, clients, vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring crisp handoffs.
- 5Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, then drive decisions and implement durable fixes to prevent recurrence.
- 6Maintain clear visibility into plans, progress, and roadblocks for both working teams and leadership through consistent reporting and communication.
- 7Improve the discovery-to-delivery flow by clarifying ownership, strengthening handoffs, and reducing avoidable churn, using tooling like Jira, Linear, and GitHub.
- 8Support launch readiness by validating that code, documentation, and customer communication are aligned and production-ready.
Requirements10
- 15+ years in technical program management, software delivery, product operations, or engineering management, with a track record of shipping complex technical programs.
- 2Technical depth to reason with engineers about architecture, dependencies, tradeoffs, and implementation risk, backed by a degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, quality, risk, and critical paths across projects from planning through production.
- 4Experience communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- 5Skill in creating useful structure without over-process, adapting to a growing organization.
- 6Fluency with modern delivery tooling: Jira, Linear, GitHub, dashboards, and CI/CD visibility.
- 7Hands-on software development experience is a plus, as is familiarity with .NET and modern SaaS architecture.
- 8Experience in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or industrial automation is beneficial.
- 9Experience integrating software systems with hardware or vendor environments is a plus.
- 10Comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve productivity is a bonus.
