Operations Program Coordinator, Data Center
Overview
The Operations Program Coordinator leads business functions for a multi-building data center campus. This role oversees administration of OpEx and CapEx budgets ensures compliance with regulatory programs and supports vendor and supplier management. It requires strong project management skills to align team efforts with corporate strategies.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in planning and overseeing administration of OpEx and CapEx budgets in coordination with Finance and Operations teams
- 2Support and collaborate with Finance and Procurement regarding new vendor submissions RFPs PRs/POs service agreements COI verification invoice validation smart hands and utility charges
- 3Support Director of Site Operations and Critical Facilities Managers with administration of all compliance and regulatory programs
- 4Collaborate with site teams Finance Procurement and vendors to manage spare parts and consumables inventory
- 5Support onboarding programs and assist in training new and existing staff
- 6Develop cross-functional relationships to enhance operations and support internal and external audits
- 7Create reports using data and metrics for campus budgets vendor management and organizational health for local leadership teams
- 8Support construction and project activities including asset collection and documentation management
- 9Maintain local SharePoint pages ensuring transparency and consistency with SDC national standards
- 10Provide occasional operational support including after-hours escalation support and maintenance activities
- 11Occasional travel for business related needs
Requirements8
- 1Minimum Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in an industry that includes operations & maintenance
- 2Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures MOPs and their application to work orders
- 3Experience working with enterprise asset management and maintenance management software
- 4Proficiency with computer systems including email documents spreadsheets Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- 5Familiarity with OpEx/CapEx budgeting process
- 6Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or similar 3+ years’ experience in a critical operations environment
- 7Experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale complex systems in an operations environment
- 8Six Sigma certification

$90 - $105k per year
