What You'll Do30

  • 1Oversee O&M support for all Business Line contracts and continuous building system operation
  • 2Provide functional guidance and technical direction for MEP FLS VTE and OSHA compliance
  • 3Create and update preventive predictive and reactive maintenance procedures
  • 4Develop SOPs MOPs and processes across all BL contracts
  • 5Participate in client-facing communications and contract team meetings
  • 6Lead O&M budget creation and participation in corporate operating budget process
  • 7Oversee contractor/vendor management and performance monitoring
  • 8Coordinate technical safety and operational training programs
  • 9Contribute to business development growth opportunities including RFPs and site walks
  • 10Review essential documents such as Scope of Work and RFP reports
  • 11Ensure proper operation of mechanical electrical plumbing systems at optimal performance
  • 12Support large complex facilities and maintenance projects
  • 13Define strategy and implement initiatives for organizational growth
  • 14Maintain clear communication with customers at contract level
  • 15Ensure contracts are maintained and services scheduled for continuity
  • 16Work with occupants and safety personnel to mitigate operational risks
  • 17Track corrective actions and resolve issues satisfactorily
  • 18Establish QA/QC guidelines and monitor execution methodologies
  • 19Foster open trust communication teamwork innovation and job satisfaction
  • 20Provide leadership to all BL team members
  • 21Manage multiple projects and tasks with supervisory experience
  • 22Have vocational training in related MEP fields
  • 23Maintain professional licensing in aligned trade areas
  • 24Experience maintaining highly technical facilities like hospitals or data centers
  • 25Supervise complex maintenance projects with supervisory background
  • 26Possess broad knowledge of building trades and industry regulations
  • 27Solve problems by lateral thinking and understanding client needs

Requirements20

  • 1Minimum 10 years progressive experience in Infrastructure Operations Management
  • 2Vocational or technical training in related MEP fields
  • 3Professional licensing in aligned trade areas
  • 4Significant experience maintaining technical facilities such as hospitals or data centers
  • 5Supervisory experience planning scheduling complex maintenance projects
  • 6Well-rounded background in all building trades
  • 7Demonstrated knowledge of Direct Digital Control systems
  • 8Problem solving and critical thinking for HVAC electricity plumbing
  • 9Leadership and oral/written communication skills
  • 10Ability to coordinate large building or grounds programs
  • 11Interpret blueprints construction plans written specs
  • 12Estimate building costs timelines and project scope
  • 13Broad knowledge of engineering phases materials construction methods
  • 14Understand technical issues cost selection design requirements
  • 15Knowledge of sustainability integration in design construction
  • 16Experience with engineering work planning scheduling cost estimating
