Overview
Lead functional guidance and direction in Facilities Operations & Management across multiple sites. Provide technical and administrative direction while ensuring regulatory compliance and productivity improvements. This role offers independence in decision making and drives innovation in building systems.
What You'll Do12
- 1Oversee O&M support for all Business Line contracts and continuous operation of building systems
- 2Provide functional guidance and technical direction for MEP FLS VTE and OSHA compliance
- 3Manage and enforce industry standards through direct engagement with Program and Project Managers
- 4Create and update documented maintenance plans covering preventive predictive and reactive procedures
- 5Develop SOPs MOPs and processes across all BL contracts
- 6Lead client-facing communications and coordinate with corporate Safety and Occupational Health Manager
- 7Organize technical safety and operational training programs
- 8Participate in business development including RFP support and contract solicitations
- 9Review essential documents such as Scope of Work and Request for Proposal
- 10Ensure proper operation of mechanical electrical plumbing and control systems
- 11Support large complex facilities and maintenance projects through strategic initiatives
- 12Maintain clear communication with customers and track corrective actions
Requirements29
- 1Minimum 10 years progressive experience in Infrastructure Operations and Management
- 2Vocational or technical training in related MEP fields
- 3Professional licensing in aligned trade areas
- 4Significant experience maintaining high-tech facilities like hospitals or data centers
- 5Substantial experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- 6Supervisory experience planning scheduling and supervising complex maintenance tasks
- 7Well-rounded background in all building trades
- 8Demonstrated knowledge of Direct Digital Control systems
- 9Strong problem solving and critical thinking for HVAC electricity plumbing
- 10Proven leadership and communication skills
- 11Ability to coordinate large building or grounds programs
- 12Expertise interpreting blueprints and construction specifications
- 13Skills in estimating costs and project timelines
- 14Broad knowledge of engineering phases materials and construction methods
- 15Understanding of technical cost issues and design selection
- 16Familiarity with sustainability integration and regulatory compliance
- 17Experience with engineering work planning scheduling and cost estimating
- 18Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations
- 19Self driven individual who can work independently
- 20Flexible adaptable professional willing to travel and work remotely
- 21Federal contracting experience with CFM or PMP certification
- 22Professional Journeyman Master License in MEP trades
- 23NICET or NATE certification for BAS/BMS operations
- 24Fire Life Safety fire alarm and suppression management expertise
- 25Vertical Transportation Equipment management
- 26CFC Universal or equivalent backflow prevention certification
- 27Gas installations potable non potable water treatment
- 28Groundwater rainwater reclamation roof anchorage systems
- 29Emergency power generator and UPS system oversight
