What You'll Do11

  • 3Coordinate inbound outbound and third-party logistics to meet customer requirements
  • 4Schedule carrier pickups and manage spot transportation capacity for inbound and outbound shipments
  • 5File freight claims and audit transportation bills for accuracy and resolution
  • 6Assist in selecting transportation equipment and maintain customer-specific data in TMS
  • 7Provide input on transportation efficiency using TMS insights and collaborate with district management
  • 8Interpret company policy to ensure consistent application and determine in-transit visibility actions
  • 9Maintain strong communication skills to address logistics challenges promptly
  • 10Lead process improvements and drive operational excellence through data-driven decisions
  • 11Ensure accurate freight settlements and approve exceptions based on established guidelines

Requirements10

  • 1College degree or equivalent business experience with 3-5 years in Transportation Purchasing or Operations
  • 2Proficiency in TMS training and system operation
