What You'll Do9
- 1Design and execute transportation projects from concept to completion including technology integration and safety enhancements
- 2Provide administrative and technical support to C/CAG committees managing agendas and policy recommendations
- 3Manage full project lifecycles involving scopes of work scheduling budgets and vendor coordination
- 4Represent C/CAG in interagency meetings with state and regional transportation authorities
- 5Develop funding proposals and advocate for transportation priorities at the county level
- 6Guide senior leadership in achieving program objectives through strategic policy guidance
- 7Analyze program effectiveness using data-driven approaches to improve transportation outcomes
- 8Foster partnerships with public and private stakeholders to advance comprehensive mobility solutions
- 9Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks while implementing innovative transportation strategies
Requirements9
- 16+ years of experience in transportation project management with proven leadership capabilities
- 2Certification in Certified Professional in Transportation (CPT) or equivalent credentials
- 3Expertise in public administration principles and program evaluation methodologies
- 4Strong knowledge of local state and federal transportation regulations
- 5Demonstrated ability to conduct research and formulate evidence-based policy recommendations
- 6Experience with multi-modal transportation planning and sustainable infrastructure development
- 7Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- 8Proficiency in report writing and presentation techniques for diverse audiences
