Overview
Own full-cycle recruiting at scale in a fast-moving organization based in Austin. Partner with hiring leaders, deliver a strong candidate experience, and apply market knowledge to drive effective decisions. Work closely with multiple teams to balance strategy with hands-on execution and help shape our talent with proactive sourcing and thoughtful process design. What You'll Do9
- 1Build end-to-end recruitment campaigns from role kickoff to onboarding coordination
- 2Develop and nurture talent networks to support immediate openings and long-term workforce planning
- 3Identify prospective candidates through a mix of online platforms, referrals, industry networking, and direct outreach
- 4Review applications and conduct initial evaluations to assess experience and fit
- 5Arrange interview schedules and keep candidates and hiring managers informed at each stage
- 6Maintain organized recruitment records in the applicant tracking system and monitor pipeline activity
- 7Share market perspectives and practical recommendations to improve recruiting outcomes
- 8Contribute to employer brand efforts that strengthen visibility and attract experienced professionals
- 9Apply recruiting practices that align with company standards and employment regulations
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred
- 2At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate environment
- 3Demonstrated ability to manage several open requisitions across multiple teams or business areas
- 4Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools
- 5Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust across stakeholder groups
- 6Effective organizational skills and the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- 7Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities that support high-quality hiring decisions
