
Talent Acquisition Specialist, Full-Cycle Recruitment
Overview
You will own full-cycle recruitment across multiple agencies, driving hiring for 30+ open roles at once. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build sourcing strategies. You will manage candidate pipelines from kickoff to offer, ensuring a seamless and compliant process. This contract role gives you exposure to diverse business units and a chance to shape hiring outcomes in a high-volume environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned open positions across various agencies, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- 2Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build targeted sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- 3Source and engage passive candidates through Boolean search, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline.
- 4Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with role needs.
- 5Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and communicate updates to candidates and hiring teams.
- 6Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages, ensuring alignment with internal equity and market data.
- 7Maintain accurate candidate tracking in the ATS and provide weekly recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- 8Ensure compliance with EEO and ADA regulations throughout the hiring process.
- 9Drive a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and a smooth interview journey.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
- 2Proven ability to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- 3Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Workday.
- 4Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with hiring managers up to the Director level.
- 5Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and OFCCP compliance requirements.
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- 7Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 8Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
