Recruitment Relationship Manager, Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Overview
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned hiring managers, owning direct sourcing strategies that fill open vacancies and exceed account KPIs. Coordinating with offshore Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators, you deliver a full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple requisitions. Acting as a Talent Advisor, you provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and coach team members to elevate performance. You thrive in a global environment, using data and MSA/SOW knowledge to drive decisions. This role offers a path for growth within Allegis Global Solutions.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and execute direct sourcing plans to fill open roles within the first 90 days.
- 2Coach hiring managers on market trends and recruitment best practices.
- 3Lead the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with OFCCP and client process.
- 4Analyze recruitment data to forecast volume and adjust sourcing strategies.
- 5Mentor RSSs, TAs, and RCs on sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
- 6Manage stakeholder relationships to prevent escalations and resolve issues.
- 7Develop and maintain talent pools using market intelligence.
- 8Conduct behavioral-based interviews and prepare candidates for selection stages.
- 9Utilize ATS to track requisitions and report on SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements9
- 14+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
- 2Proven ability to conduct behavioral interviews for diverse roles.
- 3Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
- 4Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into action.
- 5Ability to influence without authority.
- 6Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans.
- 7Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
- 8Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System.
- 9Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
