Overview
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple talent segments partnering with Hiring Managers HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues to anticipate needs and build strong pipelines. Own full life cycle hiring from initial engagement through offer ensuring clear respectful timely candidate experience. Use AI-enabled tools data and market intelligence to advise stakeholders shape hiring strategies and influence decisions. Design and run targeted campaigns for hard-to-fill roles experimenting with new channels to stay ahead in competitive market. Maintain thorough compliance while moving at pace acting as trusted talent advisor challenging thinking aligning hiring with future skills needs and contributing to continuous improvement across recruitment practices.
What You'll Do5
- 1Own full life cycle hiring from initial engagement through offer ensuring clear respectful timely candidate experience
- 2Lead development of AI-enabled recruiting analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI ATS/CRM insights sourcing assistants and screening automations
- 3Drive reduction of cycle time and enhancement of candidate experience through data-driven insights and market/skills intelligence
- 4Provide strategic consultative talent advice shaping hiring plans and decisions using recruiting analytics
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence stakeholder decisions and align hiring with business goals
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree highly preferred with 5+ years relevant experience
- 2Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within global environment
- 3Experience delivering full life cycle recruitment services in in-house settings
- 4Demonstrated use of AI-enabled recruiting analytics and visualization tools
- 5Postgraduate qualification in HR related specialization
- 6Recruiting experience within pharmaceutical industry
- 7Ability to work in fast-paced changing agile environment
- 8Customer focused results oriented approach with persuasion and influencing skills
- 9Flexibility to work minimum three days per week from office with hybrid arrangement
