Overview
We seek a Talent Acquisition specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for a global law firm. This hybrid role offers 3 days onsite and 2 remote workdays. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring success.
What You'll Do11
- 1Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide updates
- 2Source screen and assess candidates using ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- 3Coordinate interviews and candidate communications while maintaining accurate tracking
- 4Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- 5Utilize recruiting data and reports to manage workload and drive outcomes
- 6Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- 7Ensure processes align with company policies and compliance
- 8Manage multiple teams and support global workforce across regions
- 9Maintain high organization and accountability through tracking
- 10Implement ATS solutions such as Workday and LinkedIn
- 11Drive recruitment results within a fast-paced environment
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional projects
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 55+ years experience with legal recruitment platforms
- 63-5 years managing hybrid remote teams
- 77+ years in talent pipeline development
- 82+ years in demand generation strategies
- 9Proficiency in Kubernetes architecture
- 10Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decisions
