Overview
Global Talent Scout enabling role supporting Enabling Functions at AstraZeneca. This position reports to the Global Talent Scout & Capability Lead and develops strategic senior talent pools aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with business and HR leaders to design talent search strategies and drive impactful workforce planning initiatives.
What You'll Do9
- 1Act as strategic talent advisor translating business needs into talent strategies using talent intelligence and market insights
- 2Build and maintain diverse high-quality talent pipelines through proactive scouting market mapping and relationship building
- 3Partner with senior leaders to align on succession priorities assessment criteria and talent decisions
- 4Deliver executive-ready talent intelligence and market insights for workforce planning and strategic investments
- 5Leverage digital sourcing technologies AI-assisted tools and external partners to ensure inclusive candidate experiences
- 6Utilize talent sourcing platforms such as Eightfold Workday and manage external search partners
- 7Apply external talent intelligence for workforce planning succession and talent development
- 8Demonstrate experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology or healthcare industry talent management
- 9Show proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and multilingual capabilities
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree 5-8+ years experience in executive search talent scouting or senior talent acquisition
- 2Proven track record delivering diverse high-quality talent pipelines and hiring outcomes
- 3Strong influencing communication and relationship-building abilities
- 4Experience with talent intelligence vendors and external search partners
- 5Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical biotechnology or healthcare talent markets
- 6Multilingual capabilities and ability to work in hybrid matrixed environments
