Overview
The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist II leads sourcing strategies focusing on passive candidates to deliver high quality cost effective timely fills. You will collaborate with the onsite Recruitment Relationship Manager and client talent acquisition teams to drive best practices. What You'll Do11
- 1Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy for each client
- 2Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within the client’s industry
- 3Utilize Boolean search logic and diverse recruiting channels to find passive talent
- 4Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure pre-screening before inclusion
- 5Select and qualify candidates using behavioral approaches and screening criteria
- 6Maintain timely accurate information on all candidate interactions
- 7Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with workforce plans
- 8Engage with existing talent pool candidates to gather market intelligence
- 9Develop candidate information initiatives such as newsletters and marketing campaigns
- 10Collaborate with the Recruitment Relationship Manager to drive sourcing excellence
- 11Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
Requirements9
- 15+ years specialist recruitment experience in a relevant industry or function
- 23-5 years proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies using job boards associations employee referral programs social media and internet searches
- 3Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing techniques
- 4In-depth industry knowledge and understanding of technology tools like Boolean search logic Outlook Web Excel PowerPoint and Word
- 5Experience with recruiting across multiple functions and industries
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to present compelling value propositions
- 7Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- 8Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
