Full Cycle Recruiter, Technical Sourcing & AI Tools in Austin
Overview
Own end-to-end recruiting for a growing organization from requisition kickoff to offer acceptance with autonomy in a hands-on, on-site Austin environment. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and manage the candidate experience while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality. You will partner with talent and business leaders to influence recruiting processes and build a high-performing talent acquisition function. This role offers exposure to engineering, software, robotics, and construction/AEC roles within a fast-paced, growth-focused team.
What You'll Do18
- 1Build and own assigned requisitions from intake to offer acceptance, delivering timely, high-quality hires
- 2Partner with leadership to establish hiring strategies, success profiles, and search priorities for each role
- 3Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies including market mapping and proactive candidate engagement
- 4Monitor pipeline health and adjust sourcing approaches to meet hiring goals
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and metrics within the applicant tracking system
- 6Independently source and engage passive and active candidates across multiple channels
- 7Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to assess experience, qualifications, motivations, and fit
- 8Create candidate summaries, interview evaluations, and hiring recommendations for stakeholders
- 9Present market insights and search feedback to inform decision making
- 10Coordinate with hiring managers and compensation partners through the offer process to close candidates
- 11Utilize AI recruiting tools to improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting
- 12Collaborate with team on shared searches and talent pipelines
- 13Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and candidate outcomes
- 14Support recruiting for technical roles including engineering, software, robotics, and skilled trades
- 15Manage stakeholder relationships from opportunity generation to hire
- 16Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
- 17Gather and communicate feedback to refine search strategies and expectations
- 18Maintain data integrity and process compliance across recruiting activities
Requirements10
- 13–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house, agency, or executive search with independent ownership of requisitions
- 2Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates self-sufficiently without dedicated sourcing support
- 3Strong candidate assessment skills with documented ability to present calibrated candidate slates with rationale
- 4Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms
- 5Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles such as engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, or construction/AEC
- 6Experience owning stakeholder relationships and opportunities from generation to hire
- 7Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions with high attention to detail and quality
- 9Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and leadership
- 10Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
