What You'll Do10
- 1Build and conduct full-cycle executive searches for global and domestic roles
- 2Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and Boolean searches to identify top candidates
- 3Own candidate communications and scheduling to ensure a smooth, timely process
- 4Maintain accurate data in ATS and Excel tools to support client delivery and reporting
- 5Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients including cold calls to generate opportunities
- 6Collaborate with teammates and leadership on strategic searches to improve outcomes
- 7Drive high-quality client delivery with consistency and follow-through
- 8Support onboarding and mentorship processes for new hires
- 9Contribute to a data-driven approach with transparent updates to stakeholders
- 10Participate in biweekly meetings with Account Manager to align on priorities

- 1Reside in Texas
- 2Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, web research, and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace)
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4Organized and reliable with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- 5Coachable with a growth mindset
- 6College degree preferred but not required or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or tech
- 7Willingness to learn and grow in a high-integrity recruiting environment
- 8Ability to work in a flexible setup with 90% remote work and biweekly in-person meetings
- 9Experience in sourcing and recruitment is not required but beneficial
- 10Familiarity with data-driven approaches and commitment to quality and long-term success
