Technical Recruiter, AI-Driven Sourcing & Full Cycle Hiring
Overview
Own full cycle recruiting for software engineering and technical roles in a fast growing engineering org across Austin, TX. You will influence search strategy, partner with engineering leaders, and drive end to end hiring outcomes with AI-powered tools. You will collaborate with a small, growing team and contribute to shaping a modern talent acquisition function. This role offers a hands on opportunity to manage multiple requisitions and scale technical recruiting efforts.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build full cycle recruiting for software engineering and other technical positions from intake to offer
- 2Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- 3Develop and execute robust sourcing plans including talent mapping and market research
- 4Continuously monitor pipeline performance and adjust recruiting strategies
- 5Maintain recruiting workflows, data integrity, and ATS tracking
- 6Independently source and engage passive technical talent across platforms and networks
- 7Conduct in depth recruiter screens to assess technical skills and alignment
- 8Create candidate summaries and interview evaluations for stakeholders
- 9Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends
- 10Manage candidate relationships from outreach through onboarding
Requirements5
- 15+ years of full cycle recruiting experience including ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer
- 2Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates without dedicated sourcing support
- 3Strong candidate assessment skills and experience presenting calibrated slates with rationale
- 4Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms
- 5Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Salary Insight
$119 - $141k per year
