What You'll Do7
- 1Design and execute sourcing strategies, using AI tools to surface and engage top technical talent at scale.
- 2Apply AI to sharpen every funnel stage, from outreach messaging to talent mapping and identifying passive candidates.
- 3Own the candidate experience end-to-end, delivering timely feedback and updates.
- 4Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to decode technical requirements and team dynamics.
- 5Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to offer acceptance.
- 6Track recruiting metrics and refine processes, using AI to convert data into faster, smarter hiring decisions.
- 7Monitor industry trends and emerging AI recruiting tools to keep Perplexity ahead of the curve.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering and product roles.
- 2Proven record placing top-tier technical talent in high-growth startup environments.
- 3Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement.
- 4Fluency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
- 5Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making in hiring metrics.
- 6Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and candidate interactions.
- 7Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup setting.
