What You'll Do5
- 1Own the full-cycle recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and place candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- 2Generate revenue by building client relationships and closing successful placements, meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- 3Track all activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM and ATS systems to ensure data-driven decisions.
- 4Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and AI recruitment technology to refine sourcing strategies.
- 5Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements5
- 10-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, retail, or restaurant (server/bartender) environment.
- 2Proven experience speaking with customers, vendors, and candidates face-to-face or over the phone.
- 3Ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven setting with a focus on revenue generation.
- 4Proficiency with sourcing platforms including Indeed, AI tools, and job boards.
- 5Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
