The Talent Acquisition Advisor leads recruitment strategy execution at Greystar in Denver. What You'll Do11
- 1Manage recruitment processes following Greystar policies including resume review scheduling and interview coordination
- 2Collaborate with regional leaders to define staffing priorities and influence hiring decisions
- 3Ensure policy compliance through coordination with HRIS and People & Culture teams
- 4Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate evaluation and selection criteria
- 5Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Indeed and other platforms to attract qualified candidates
- 6Maintain accurate job documentation classification and market pricing alignment
- 7Promote positive candidate experience through transparent communication throughout hiring stages
- 8Facilitate training on Greystar systems tools and compliance requirements
- 9Coordinate onboarding support and address concerns about diversity inclusion practices
- 10Analyze recruitment metrics to improve talent acquisition efficiency
- 11Support onsite team members with housing discounts and benefit enrollment
Requirements11
- 15+ years talent acquisition experience in real estate or related sectors
- 2Bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or equivalent field
- 3Minimum 3 years experience with remote work environments and virtual interviewing techniques
- 4Proficiency in ATS platforms and digital marketing tools for candidate outreach
- 5Strong analytical skills to interpret compensation structures and performance indicators
- 6Excellent written verbal communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- 7Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers
- 8Experience creating inclusive recruitment practices that reflect diverse workplace values
- 9Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and project management methodologies
- 10Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous projects
