ERM seeks a Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition Advisor to shape talent acquisition for a global sustainability leader. This temporary remote contract role drives hiring across North America focusing on environmental and sustainability expertise. The ideal candidate will lead strategic recruitment initiatives and enhance candidate experiences.

- 1Manage full lifecycle recruiting for project-term roles across U.S. and Canadian offices
- 2Source attract engage top consulting talent across technical service areas
- 3Deliver high-touch recruiting experience from application to offer
- 4Partner with hiring managers to implement tailored hiring strategies
- 5Apply advanced sourcing techniques to build proactive talent pipelines
- 6Coordinate effectively with recruiting colleagues and share talent across teams
- 7Communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the interview process
- 8Represent ERM as a brand ambassador in all interactions
- 9Maintain rigorous documentation and leverage ERM’s eRecruitment/ATS systems
- 10Ensure adherence to internal policies and employment legislation
- 11Drive process excellence and contribute to a diverse inclusive workplace
Requirements11
- 15 years high-volume recruiting experience within staffing or corporate environments
- 22 years experience in people or process management
- 3Proven success delivering specialist and niche hiring in technical or consulting fields
- 4Strong knowledge of modern recruiting practices and market trends
- 5Advanced Boolean search skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- 6Experience leveraging social media and networking tools to build candidate pools
- 7Ability to collaborate with multiple internal clients and provide consultative insights
- 8Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms such as Workday and GEM
- 9Excellent organization time management and communication skills
- 10Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
- 11Preferred BA/BS degree in a relevant field
