Contract Recruiter, Energy & Sustainability
Overview
Contract Recruiter owns full-cycle talent acquisition for a mission-driven energy efficiency company. You will hire 10-15 roles per month across engineering, operations, and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and improve the recruitment process. What You'll Do6
- 1Build relationships with managers across the organization to source and deliver exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
- 2Execute the recruitment process, then refine it for efficiency and candidate experience.
- 3Advise managers on market trends and hiring strategies for complex roles at scale.
- 4Vet candidates deeply and guide them through the hiring process with focus and care.
- 5Represent the company brand in every interaction with candidates and partners.
- 6Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate with the People Team on initiatives.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
- 2Proven ability to navigate sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
- 3Quickly learn Workday and other business platforms.
- 4Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
- 5Strong affinity for data and its role in decision-making.
- 6Knowledgeable about labor market trends.
- 7Relentless desire to learn and grow professionally.
Salary Insight
$73 - $94k per year
