- 5Represent CLEAResult brand while vetting candidates and partnering with vendors
- 6Collaborate with Recruiting team and People Team to guide the mission forward
- 7Support members of the Recruiting team across functions
- 8Deeply vet candidates for open vacancies
- 9Partner with various vendors
- 10Cross-functional collaboration within the People Team
- 11Quickly adapt to Workday and other business platforms
Requirements10
- 1Over 5 years progressive recruitment experience
- 2Track record of navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles
- 3Ability to quickly master Workday and other business platforms
- 4Experience with Paradox as a major differentiator
- 5Affinity for data and understanding its role in success
- 6Knowledge of labor market knowledge and current trends
- 7Relentless desire to continuously learn and grow professionally
- 8Valid work authorization for the position location
- 9DOT qualifications if applicable
- 10Compensation range $35-$45 per hour
