Overview
We need a Recruiter to lead hiring for a 2-month contract in Houston. You will own sourcing and hiring for field and leadership roles. This role differs by focusing on contract placements and hybrid work.
What You'll Do14
- 1Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational skilled labor management and funeral services positions
- 2Build pipelines using Indeed and other external channels to find experienced candidates
- 3Partner with hiring leaders to define role expectations and candidate profiles
- 4Review applications conduct outreach and coordinate interviews
- 5Manage high volume requisitions while keeping organization and candidate experience positive
- 6Track recruiting activity and candidate progress in the ATS
- 7Evaluate talent against requirements and present matched candidates
- 8Support offer and hiring coordination to move candidates efficiently
- 9Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across diverse job types
- 10Proficient in candidate sourcing via job boards and other channels
- 11Handle high-volume hiring in fast-paced settings
- 12Knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and assessment methods
- 13Skilled with ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment records
- 14Effective communication with hiring managers candidates and cross-functional partners

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading recruitment cycles
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 42+ months contract experience
- 5Hybrid schedule 2-3 days in office
- 6Strong sourcing capability for multiple openings
- 7Ability to drive full recruiting process from outreach to offer coordination
- 8Experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments
