Own the full recruitment lifecycle for KR Prestige Solutions in Houston, matching 50+ candidates to roles each month across onsite and contract positions. You will drive candidate evaluation, sourcing, and internal hiring, collaborating with hiring managers to staff critical roles. What You'll Do8
- 1Build a 90-day candidate pipeline using HR sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry networking events.

- 3Drive internal recruiting efforts, maintaining a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- 4Run cold calling campaigns to engage passive candidates and present KR Prestige opportunities.
- 5Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and deploy targeted recruitment strategies.
- 6Develop training modules that boost employee skills and support career progression for 20+ staff members.
- 7Track candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using Paychex, ADP, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- 8Research industry trends to sharpen sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the Houston market.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition with a proven record of filling roles.
- 2Experience running employee evaluations, including behavioral interviews and skills testing.
- 3Proficiency with Paychex, ADP, Workday, or PeopleSoft for tracking and reporting.
- 4Strong skills in HR sourcing and internal recruiting, including Boolean search and referral programs.
- 5Excellent communication for cold calling, candidate engagement, and hiring manager collaboration.
- 61+ years developing training content or facilitating onboarding programs is a plus.
- 7Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving contract environment.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent; HR certification like PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
