What You'll Do8
- 1Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach to build a pipeline for open positions.
- 2Screen applicants by phone and in person to assess qualifications and fit for specific manufacturing roles.
- 3Interview candidates to gauge communication skills, work history, and reliability. Score them against client requirements.
- 4Process payroll for placed candidates using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- 5Listen to employee concerns and provide constructive feedback to improve performance and retention.
- 6Coordinate onboarding paperwork and background checks for new hires within 24 hours of acceptance.
- 7Maintain candidate tracking in the ATS and update records after each interaction.
- 8Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and confirming placements.
Requirements7
- 12+ years in recruiting, staffing, or inside sales, preferred but not required.
- 2Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- 31+ years using Microsoft Word and Excel for scheduling, data entry, and payroll reports.
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites as needed.
- 5Available to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime, evenings, and some weekends.
- 6Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-volume phone calls.
- 7Proven problem-solving ability to handle candidate objections and placement issues.
