Overview
As a Bilingual Recruiter in Dallas, you'll own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for light industrial staffing, placing 20-30 candidates weekly across multiple client sites. You'll work alongside a tight-knit staffing team, managing requisitions for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics roles. This role demands extreme urgency and precision, with daily Spanish-English communication driving candidate engagement and retention. What You'll Do8
- 1Source, screen, and place candidates for light industrial positions, hitting daily hiring targets for warehouse and manufacturing clients.
- 2Build instant rapport with candidates via phone and in-person interactions, clearly explaining job expectations in English and Spanish.
- 3Manage a pipeline of 50+ active candidates, following up consistently to boost attendance and retention.
- 4Complete onboarding documentation accurately within strict timelines, ensuring full compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- 5Partner with internal team members and clients to resolve complex staffing issues, maintaining calm and solution-focused communication.
- 6Conduct client site visits to observe working conditions, safety, and production requirements, adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
- 7Maintain precise records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal tools, tracking each candidate's journey from application to placement.
- 8Adapt to shifting production demands, reprioritizing requisitions as client needs evolve, and lead by example with a duty-driven attitude.
Requirements8
- 1Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written), enabling clear communication with a diverse workforce.
- 21-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in light industrial or staffing environments.
