Overview
Lead HR operations for a growing organization in Denver. This role serves as the primary HR contact across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions and drive people practices in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee core human resources activities across the organization serving as the main point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters
- 2Administer employee benefit programs and support compensation processes to ensure accurate competitive and well-documented practices
- 3Process payroll and maintain precise employee records while coordinating with internal systems and relevant stakeholders
- 4Guide onboarding activities for new hires creating a smooth and organized introduction to the company
- 5Address employee relations matters with discretion and consistency while supporting positive workplace outcomes
- 6Monitor HR policies and practices to help maintain compliance with employment laws regulations and company standards
- 7Manage HR administration and maintain information within HRIS platforms to support reporting and daily operations
- 8Partner with leadership on a broad range of human resources needs requiring flexibility and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- 9Demonstrate at least 5 years of human resources experience including broad exposure to multiple functional areas
- 10Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferred with working knowledge of employee relations HR administration benefits compensation and payroll practices
- 11Show strong background in onboarding and supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle

- 3Prior experience operating as an independent HR role or in a position with wide-ranging responsibilities

- 5Effective communication organization and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
