What You'll Do11
- 1Own end-to-end onboarding including orientation paperwork and department coordination
- 2Facilitate open enrollment with benefits information and enrollment system management
- 3Process payroll accurately verifying timesheets calculating overtime and resolving discrepancies
- 4Maintain employee records ensure compliance with employment contracts and data privacy laws
- 5Serve as HR policy resource providing guidance on performance management and employee relations
- 6Conduct HR data audits identify resolution of inconsistencies
- 7Collaborate with managers on performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- 8Support employee inquiries through email and phone channels
- 9Assist with HR projects like engagement initiatives training programs and system implementations
- 10Contact employees to obtain timesheet approvals
- 11Deliver payroll system training on timesheet entry and statement access
Requirements9
- 15+ years HR Payroll experience with Adobe ADP and Spark Airflow platforms
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3ADP WFN certification strongly required
- 4Proficiency in Excel and union calculation software
- 5Understanding of employment contracts and labor regulations
- 6Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast paced environment
- 7Strong communication skills for cross functional collaboration
- 8Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools
- 9Certification in Workforce Management Solutions beneficial
