Studio Lead at JETSET Pilates, Miami
Overview
You will own the client experience at JETSET Pilates, a boutique fitness studio in Miami, ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service. You will support instructors, manage front desk operations, and drive membership sales using the AXLE CRM system. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help build a welcoming community that retains clients and attracts new ones. This role offers hands-on experience in fitness operations and customer relationship management, with a focus on both front-line service and behind-the-scenes efficiency.

- 1Greet and check in clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- 2Build rapport with clients and staff to foster a positive studio culture.
- 3Answer phone calls, field questions, and respond to emails with accurate information about policies and pricing.
- 4Sell memberships and class packages in person, online, and over the phone, using the AXLE CRM system to track leads and sales.
- 5Process retail transactions accurately and restock merchandise to maintain inventory levels.
- 6Assist instructors with opening and closing duties, including studio setup and breakdown.
- 7Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, upholding JETSET Pilates standards.
- 8Support the General Manager in facilitating new sales and client retention initiatives.
Requirements7
- 1Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness or retail environment.
- 21+ years working in a front desk or reception role.
- 3Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and CRM software, such as AXLE.
- 4Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- 5Ability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled.
- 6Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 7A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
