Greet members, sell memberships, and handle front desk duties at a rapidly growing fitness studio in Brickell. You act as the first point of contact for the CKO Kickboxing community. Support a team dedicated to member satisfaction and studio growth. Work hourly plus commission on membership sales. Get free membership to various fitness facilities. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every member as they enter the studio and create a welcoming environment.
- 2Sell memberships and promote membership packages to prospective members.
- 3Process membership sign-ups and handle transactions accurately.
- 4Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries about classes and schedules.
- 5Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- 6Assist with member check-in and manage daily class rosters.
- 7Support studio staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- 8Promote studio events and referral programs to increase membership.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of customer service or sales experience
- 2Excellent verbal communication skills
- 3Passion for Health & Fitness
- 4Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 5Proficiency with basic computer and point-of-sale systems
- 6Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 7Previous fitness industry experience is a plus
