What You'll Do6
- 1Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- 2Check-in members, manage the front desk area, and handle membership transactions including billing and renewals.
- 3Answer questions about memberships, policies, and gym services, directing members to resources as needed.
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and surrounding areas, including locker rooms and bathrooms.
- 5Promote membership sales by explaining benefits and encouraging sign-ups for memberships and personal training.
- 6Collaborate with team members and management to achieve club goals and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements7
- 11+ years in customer service roles (preferred).
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3Basic computer skills for check-in and billing systems.
- 4Positive attitude and passion for helping others.
- 5Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy club environment.
- 6Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
