What You'll Do16
- 1Assist in delivering the ultimate boutique fitness experience to every client every time
- 2Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors upon arrival
- 3Greet and check-in clients professionally upon arrival
- 4Recruit and retain clients answering questions and solving problems
- 5Utilize Axle and Mindbody for lead generation sales and scheduling
- 6Sell memberships and class packages in-person online and over the phone
- 7Facilitate new sales using the Client Relationship Manager system AXLE
- 8Develop and support local marketing initiatives to attract new clients
- 9Promote JETSET in the community through monthly events
- 10Create content for digital marketing
- 11Address client questions and feedback promptly and professionally
- 12Maintain a clean and safe studio
- 13Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed
- 14Own opening and closing duties
- 15Drive engagement with the community and staff
- 16Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance studio presence
Requirements11
- 1Experience in client-service roles such as concierge receptionist restaurants retail hospitality
- 2Proficiency with white glove service or luxury fields
- 3Strong computer tablet and application skills
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 5Ability to multitask effectively
- 6Self-motivated work ethic
