What You'll Do10
- 1Assist in delivering the ultimate boutique fitness experience to every client, every time
- 2Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors upon arrival
- 3Greet and check-in clients professionally while thanking them upon departure
- 4Recruit and retain clients through problem-solving and referral strategies
- 5Sell memberships and class packages across multiple channels including in-person online and phone
- 6Utilize AXLE CRM system to facilitate new sales and manage client interactions
- 7Maintain a clean and organized studio space and process retail sales with attention to inventory
- 8Offer complimentary or discounted JETSET Pilates classes to clients
- 9Develop professional development opportunities and establish retail community partnerships
- 10Implement AI tools for resume analysis while ensuring final hiring decisions remain human-led
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams in high-pressure environments
- 35+ years managing POS systems and point-of-sale operations
- 43-5 seasons coordinating events and promotions
- 55+ years handling cash reconciliation and financial reporting
