Lead a high performing store in Phoenix overseeing 8-15 team members and store operations across all shifts. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and coach a front line team of 8-15 across all shifts to deliver exceptional service
- 2Own store operations including register transactions, inventory, merchandising, and fuel pumps
- 3Drive upsell of promotions and key items to achieve sales goals
- 4Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and accountability
- 5Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising to maintain stock levels and presentation
- 6Execute company programs and marketing initiatives across the store
- 7Collaborate across shifts and departments to cover all store needs including deli or QSR operations when required
- 8Control expenses and labor hours while meeting or exceeding sales targets
- 9Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- 10Lead by example and communicate effectively to foster a strong team culture
Requirements10
- 1Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- 2Ability to work any shift including evenings overnights weekends and holidays
- 3Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain certification
- 4Minimum age 21+
- 5Previous retail or food management experience preferred
- 6Willingness to perform cross training and take on additional store duties
- 7Strong communication skills integrity and decisiveness
- 8Must pass background check and drug screening as part of pre employment process
- 9Salary position with a minimum of 45 hours per week
- 10Open availability with ability to cover unexpected call outs
